Yes, it’s June, and we can’t believe it either! What a great year so far. Just like many of you, we have a lot going on and are excited to let you know about it!
Believe it or not, we are already through the first quarter of 2026 and spring is right around the corner! I know you’re all plugging away on everything put before you but thank you for taking a few minutes to read through this month’s newsletter.
We first want to express our gratitude for the work you do every day in our communities. Whether you are in law enforcement, loss prevention, private industry, a community-based organization, health care or campus security, or just someone who gives a damn, our communities are safer and thriving because of your efforts.
As 2025 comes to a close, we want to express our gratitude to you all for your continued participation and partnership with the Washington State Crime Prevention Association.
As we come into the last few months of 2025, we’re especially thankful for all of you and a great year here at the Washington State Crime Prevention Association.
Welcome to October, National Crime Prevention Month! This month serves as a reminder for communities to focus on crime prevention, promoting awareness, and taking collective action to build safer neighborhoods.
Our September message is focused on our upcoming conference. It is not too late to register; we’d love to have you join us.
Please welcome our new WSCPA At-Large Director, Dr. Eliann (Eli) Carr from Ellensburg Police Department. She works as the Ellensburg Police Department’s Crime & Intelligence Analyst. We are excited to have her join the team!
